Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Steamboat Limos is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Steamboat Limos is not responsible for delays or the termination of a trip caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. untreated roads, accidents, etc.) or customer requests for late pickups, that result in missed flights or late arrivals.
Cancellation of airport or other scheduled trip within 7 days of the trip may result in a $25 fee.
Cancellations the day before the trip will incur a fee of 50% of the trip.
Cancellations on the day of the trip, or any no-shows will incur a 100% fee of the trip.
For any cancellations caused by airlines, inclement weather, or positive COVID test Steamboat Limos will waive any cancellation fees.
If a flight pickup is delayed beyond our chauffeur’s schedule, Steamboat Limos will attempt to make transportation accommodations to be as convenient as possible to the guest, based on the existing chauffeur’s schedule on that day.
