Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Steamboat Limos is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Steamboat Limos is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, the termination of a trip caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. untreated roads, accidents, etc.), or customer requests for late pickups, that result in missed flights or late arrivals.
There are no refunds for cancelled trips within 48 hours of trip or no shows.
If a flight pickup is delayed beyond our chauffeur’s schedule, Steamboat Limos will attempt to make transportation accommodations to be as convenient as possible to the guest, based on the existing chauffeur’s schedule on that day.
